1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at https://quikro.com or engaging Quikro for professional engineering and technology consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Professional Services & Scope of Work
All custom software engineering, web application development, mobile app engineering, Power BI consulting, and cloud services provided by Quikro are defined within detailed Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed mutually between Quikro and the client.
- Project timelines and deliverables are established based on validated technical specifications.
- Scope modifications are documented and managed through structured change requests.
- Milestone acceptance criteria are validated jointly before final production deployment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stipulated in a client-specific Master Service Agreement:
- Upon full settlement of agreed project invoices, the client receives full, unencumbered ownership of all custom software code, database schemas, and documentation created specifically for their project.
- Quikro retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary developer tooling, boilerplate libraries, and generalized domain algorithms incorporated into the deliverable under a perpetual, non-exclusive royalty-free license.
4. Warranty & Support
Quikro warrants that deliverables will perform in material conformity with agreed functional specifications for an initial post-launch warranty period specified in the SOW. Extended support, server maintenance, and SLA-backed monitoring packages are available under separate maintenance agreements.
